Told him to help him understand I'm focused on engine and says nothing. Car needed oil change and leaking oil even found a burnt receipt in the engine says nothing then the hood lock was broken. No I'm sorry no we will get that fixed nothing just said ok thanks have a great day.

Weare from out of town, on our way home and needed air in a tire on our Acura because we have been ignoring issues with a bent rim. It's January, with temps near zero, our tire keeps needing filled, but all gas station pumps are "out of order" because they don't work when it's that cold. After trying 4 gas stations and the man who owns the import service station next door who wasn't interested in helping us at all, we pulled in to Ford service area. Super helpful people. They filled our tire, checked the other tires and sent us on without payment. Thank you so much!
The entire staff at Airport Ford is easy to work with. From Dana in the accounting office, Mario in the Service Department, and Scott - or any of the sales people - in the show room, All are good people you can trust. They know the value of giving their patrons great customer service through respect, honesty and integrity. I have bought four cars from this dealership and recommend you check them out the next time you're in the market for a new vehicle.
