The staff really takes the time to show appreciation. The service department is the best I have experienced. I can count on them to get me in and out quickly. I was so impressed with the dealership that I just bought a second GMC. I didn't even want to shop around. I found a car dealer that works to understand my needs. Bravo!

Profound inability to conduct business, the usual old four corner worksheet with all the lies and cheats of the trade, all for an hypothetical truck they advertise but don’t even have on the lot. Unreliable and untrained kids, Charles Osborne and Brandon Niehaus on sales ground, professional thieves sales manager Jason Rebholz and most of all ghost general manager GENE STRAUSS who does not even call you back when you beg for him to sell you a car. Just walked in to buy a 60,000 dollars truck and trade in a nice 55,000 dollars SUV but I guess I did not qualify for their business nor their time. Again, car dealers BEWARE, the internet is here and it is only a matter of time before you only become service shops for oil changes. Manufacturers are starting to apply for direct car sales licenses and you will shut down like most retails stores with poor service and management if you don’t improve your manners and clean up. 21st century Consumers have many tools at their disposal and always win, collect your bonuses and go back to school, your time is up.

Bought my truck there 4 years ago and they have done a great job maintaining it for me. Service department has been very good to work with.

I finally purchased my 1st car ever from a dealership. I was so excited and LOVE the car. I understand that it is a used vehicle however, I have taken my vehicle back to Jeff Wyler twice for an oil change, tire rotation, and inspection and the service was AWFUL. The 1st time they told me my car was all green, good to go. But then the very next day and everyday after that for a week my driver side tire had to have air. I took it back to JW and they said it had a hole/leak and that my tires were well over 10 years old and I needed new ones. Which of course is an expense I cannot afford. Why didn't they catch the issue when I was there, instead of giving me the Green Good report? I've only had the car since April of 2017...so why did they let me drive this car off the lot with such old, bald tires? :( My 2nd visit to get my service, oil change I was there 2 hours. 2 HOURS! For an oil change and tire rotation? Then when they finally remembered I was still there they admitted they knew a lug nut/bolt (not sure the word they used) was going to break and said they would pay for it instead of charging me. Charge me for that? Really? Then they gave me a report stating all this work that needed to be done on my vehicle, gas valve leak, tires, and a few other costly things I absolutely cannot afford. It's not even been a year since I've had my precious vehicle and it's got all these issues that apparently it had before I drove it off the lot. I will never take my car back to Jeff Wyler for service. I'll find a real mechanic to truly help me get my old girl back to her youth. They lost a potential future customer! I know I'm just a dumb girl that knows nothing about the ins and outs of a vehicle but do you really have to take advantage of that? :( So disappointed.
