Heck, even the guy who did the financing paperwork was super and listened to every word we said.
If I️ could give 0 stars I️ would. I️ got my car back in February the sales man was very nice, but I️ asked him not to do a credit check because I️ already had my bank giving me the money for the car. I️ actually said it twice to him! I️ look at my credit report and I️ have a few hard inquiries on it from him checking my credit when I️ asked him not to.
Always have a very positive experience when I come in for service, staff is knowledgeable. Staff is always polite. The whole dealership is clean and organized, gives a sense of security. I always recommend this establishment.
Now it’s December and freezing cold outside and my heat doesn’t work so I called finance and asked them if I️ was still under warranty to get my heat fixed they cqlled me back and told me yes and that I would also get a rental car. I️ went to Toyota Service center on Saturday because I️ was told on the phone by a Woman who works there that I️ wouldn’t need a rental car because the service would be fine that day. I get there and the man tell me that it would have to be a drop off be a drop off because they don’t know what’s going on and that I wouldn’t get a rental car because their rental wasn’t open that day! I️ told him what I️ was told the previous day and he said he doesn’t know why I️ would be told that. They found out it was my motor blower and they won’t have the part in until Tuesday because Monday is the holiday. I️ have to get back and forth to work just like everyone else to make this car payment and pay the rest of my bills. I️ asked the man if it is safe for me to drive this car with it being this cold outside, he says it just going to be really cold. What I️ meant was will anything happen to my car while driving it since I️m not going to be able to heat it up. I️ Work in healthcare I’m third shift I don’t think he understood or just didn’t car how dangerous that is driving my car when the windows fogged up. What am I️ supposed to do call into work until a Tuesday? Toyota has a huge lot and they couldn’t give me a car until Tuesday? They don’t care because it’s not them that’s driving in it.
Kerry Toyota's finance manager made a huge mistake treating a couple badly that came into to buy a new Corolla. He discovered they were paying cash and had a Friends and Family certificate. Translation-not much money being made with this vehicle. He was extremely rude with them. They are an area "power" couple. Many friends of theirs have sent their children there to buy Camry's as their first cars for off to college. Even a few Lexus vehicles. They felt they were supporting their niece because she works at Toyota Parts Center in Hebron. Bad move. Dry Ridge Toyota will now be the go to place for new cars from now on. Bad move.
We were shopping for a car and had gone to Kerry Nissan and had a horrible experience. We decided to give Kerry Toyota a try since they had a car we were interested in. Night and day does not even begin to cover it. Our salesman was Tony Porchia and I have to say he was terrific. He was the epitome of a great sales man. There was no pressure to buy this or that. He listened to what we needed and tried to find a car that fit those needs.
This is the kind of business, and both my wife and I mentioned the same thing that gets a customer for life. Great job.
The sales manager, and I apologize to him as I do not recall his name was terrific too. They were eager to sell but not to the point of ignoring the customers needs.
