Buying my 2005 Durango there was easy. They haggled down a bit and I paid less than fair market pricing for the vehicle. They also gave me a fair price for my trade-in at the time. Some of the cars I test drove during my purchase had some mechanical issues - they seemed willing to negotiate repairing them relative to the purchase price. I kept the Durango for three years, it had typical "Chrysler issues" here and there but ended up being reliable enough. I just sold it back to them after buying a new Toyota. They gave me a great trade-in price in cash. I just got my 13 year old Hyundai back from their detail department and it looks like a new car. Their detail department does a fantastic job and I will be using that service for all of my cars going forward. I have my vehicles serviced elsewhere so I can't comment on that.
