I had done business with them before and had no issues so when my BMW X3 had an engine issue I called Mike to make sure he could do the work before I took it there. Mike assured me that he could handle the repair and it would take about 2 weeks. I took it there in February 2016 and my insurance company sent the adjuster and a check was issued immediately. Now begins the problem two weeks turned into 7 months and the work was not completed. My rental car coverage ran out so Mike was paying for my rental car but all of the sudden he stopped paying the rental car company so I got stuck with the bill to the tune of $850 and then another $450.00. All while getting a daily excuse as to why my car was not ready it got so bad I took a day off work to sit in his waiting area to ask him what was going on he literally ran in the front of the store an snuck out the back door to avoid me. This went on for 6 months I finally after he lied to me for the 1000th time went and picked up my car I had to file a small claims suit against him in Boone District Court he settled and I fixed what he said was still wrong with the new used engine had put in the vehicle. The car still does not run right it never has. Cars ruined this car they are supposed to be specialists they took the car to the BMW store and they were told exactly what was wrong but rather than have them fix it they refused took the car back to the shop and parked it. I picked up the car one tire had a hole in it that had been patched one was dry rotted the compressor for the a/c had a hole in it which they patched and it didn't hold so now I have to get that fixed. Among everything else after all of this car not fixed rental car bill not paid having to go to Court he actually deducted my $500 deductible from the money he reimbursed me. Never even called me when my car was missing off his lot never followed up to see if it was running properly which it never way. Stay away from this place
Took good care of me, and have good prices. They looked at other issues I was concerned about, and made recommendation, but didn't pressure me to spend money with them. I will be back.
Been bringing my car here for a few years now and they always fix the problem and never try to sell me what my car DOESN'T need. Great, honest business
