My husband and I only take our vehicles to Greg. We have recommended him to everyone who ever mentions the need for an auto mechanic in NKY. My husband has asked his boss to use Grout automotive for their service trucks, as he was tired of the crazy prices, bad service and repeat visits that were common practice at a local dealership. Most of our family now uses Greg's services as well. We have never been disappointed at Grout Automotive.

Straightforward, honest, no gimmicks, excellent service. My total bill was about what was estimated initially, but Greg knocked off almost $50 for my trouble just because I had to leave the car there overnight (which had nothing to do with Grout, they were just waiting on a part). That is the sign of a good businessman and mechanic. I will be bringing my vehicles back here again!
