Amazing service Great prices friendly staff
Got screwed by a dealership and had to put a thermostat in my 2008 Volkswagen Jetta that I had purchased one day before. It's listed as a 4 hour job so I knew it wouldn't be cheap to replace. Volkswagen told me it would cost almost $600 to have it replaced, and Saylors Automotive only charged me $280, even though it took a few hours longer than the original quoted time the originally made the estimate with. Very nice people, they even waited to make sure that the car was going to perform as expected before turning it back over to me. I come from a family of mechanics and have strong distrust of mechanic shops, and would have performed the maintenance myself, but lacked the knowledge of Volkswagen and the time. With that being said, I would gladly go back to them. Highly recommended. A big thank you to everyone at Saylors Automotive!
They botched my repair on a dodge neon and I paid 240 job and the car barely made one mile. I am still out of a car after three weeks now. They even lost my car key at first and blamed me before they found it!
