Great people did a awesome job on my car. They were cool fast and got the color right plus they washed my car when they were done. My car looks so nice now thanks for the great work guys keep it up.
Brought my Dodge Dakota into have the cab repainted since the clear coat had started to fade and didn't want the black paint o rust. After getting a quote and okaying the work, they kept changing the amount of work and cost for it. This ended up not including ordering new parts and bringing them to them, such as door emblems which they removed and weathered window sashes. Planned it for months, expected it to be be finished before or on Veteran's Day, but low and behold when I go up there, they did only half the work, leaving all sides of the extended cab with faded paint and instead of painting into the door wells, they abruptly stopped at edge of doors (So you can see the edge where the tape was). Also they did not remove anything exterior dome light or antenna so you can see where the paint comes up over it's edges (Hope my dome light never needs replacing again). As Vet, will Vet plates I thought this would prompt them to make right what they obvious didn't do. However, the excuse was that the guy working on my truck had a illness in the family and that the estimate was only for the two doors and top of cab. After showing him what was originally discussed and him taking to his manager they only authorized more work after I agreed to pay 25% of the original work, with the bill now being a couple grand for just the cab. After picking it up I had to show them where someone had tried to fix a mistake with touch up paint, but all it had done was run down the door. Guy said about bring it back, but I will never go back to them again. As a teacher, Navy Vet, father, and husband I don't have that kind of dough to throw away. I've had the truck for going on 20 years .
Employees are thieves and stole things out of my car. When I talk to the owner Lee he tells me he has signs that say he's not responsible for things stolen from cars basically giving them the ok to steal with no consequences. The Preparation is key and they are very poor at ping so. The paint job sucks it looks no different then when I took it to them. I wouldn't recommend them to an enemy. Save your money and energy. They do not I repeat do not stand behind their work.
This body shop has been the worst experience I have ever had in my life and I was in the army. I got my car back finally after a extra week was added on with a huge dent in the driver side door. I had a fender replaced and they dented the door! I told them about it on pickup and it's still broken. That was almost 3 months ago! I tried multiple times to set up,a Appointment to get it repaired but they say they will get back with me and keep coming up with excuses. Also my interior center consul cover was ripped up because somebody was trying to get in there for I don't know what. Worst customer service ever! So much for America's body shop if they treat a veteran this way.
Half of bodywork as listed in contract not completed, until I mentioned it and had to bring car back in. Paint unevenly applied so that it looks blotchy. Drip marks, hairs and tiny rocks or sand stuck to paint. Painted the base of my antenna on accident. Damaged my trim. Each panel slightly different shade of color and sheen. They had my car 3 weeks and only a few of these issues were addressed when I got it back. Disputed with my credit card company and got a full refund through them, as MAACO wouldn't refund OR fix. I was warned about MAACO being sloppy, but I did not listen. Bottom of my car damaged where they removed body panels to paint. I'd have to sue them to be reimbursed- costing more than the value of the car. At least it ended up being free...
