First of all I want to say that the food is good. But the service from my last visit was rather disappointing. Most of the workers were standing around goofing off and eating pizza from an outside restaurant and when I ordered my food, one of the workers stood up and started making my food. I observed him and he didn’t go wash his hands at all before handling my food, and I was rather disgusted. If you go there to eat make sure the people who are preparing your food have clean hands. But I can say that I will not be back.
Noodles and Company is a nice change of pace. As a chain they try to stay true to their beliefs in Sustainability and real ingredients. The menu features foods from around the World but adjusted for the American palate.
My favorite entree is the Japanese pan noodles which I like to eat with a pair of Chopsticks provided. They have several add-ons and a lot of substitution choices for each of their entrees. And their mac and cheese for both adults and children is served in several different varieties.
I love this place, food is always good and consistent, but it would have been awesome for the guy taking our order to look up and quit texting while he's talking to us, looked around and all 3 working was texting. Expect better than that

I'll admit at the time I did this review that it is based on a long ago experience.
The staff at the store seems to be attentive to your needs and willing to help with your choices and make things come out as you would want them to be. My complaint is that the tables generally are not kept clean because when the restaurant is busy the staff does not have time to clean them.
Food is really tasty, service is really good and friendly. That is where the kudos ended from the two of us after that. The portions are really small, I mean seriously, nearly $7 for a typical side serving size of just noodles and veggies. When I added chicken for both meals (I thought the initial price included meat), that was an additional $5 ($2.50 each), and that is without drinks. Now in all fairness, we do not drink fruit juices or sodas, we just do water. But nearly $20 for medium sized dishes was just too much.
