Every table in the building was dirty except where they had parties, the garage was running over. The salad was empty the Staff members was on phone and talking back and front they was super friendly once they noticed we was there. The pizza was cold When I asked the girl if the salad bar was closed cause it was empty she said we can fill it if you need anything.
We had a wonderful experience. One child lost a play pass and a couple games needed service. One employee overheard me griping. I thought with all those kids we'd be hard pressed to remedy things. I was wrong. This woman got our gal a new pass with extra points and went straight ahead to rebalance ski balls and refill picture machine. Everyone was incredibly helpful. The hostess was kind, polite, and on the ball. The kids LOVED their visit from Chuck E. I would definitely go back for more parties. And know that they are willing and able to maintain customer loyalty by responding to any dissatisfaction promptly. Well done!
Love this. This is my local CEC Location. Though, this location really needs phase 5. But over all, iI love the stage!
We have visited this particular place twice. First experience was not the best. The second experience today was much better. My kids had so much fun! They put out fresh pizza right after we got there and it was decent. Chuck E Cheese came out and visited with my kids and took pictures and we enjoyed our overall visit. This is a kids place. Pizza is decent at best, not always clean (due to children running around all day). Buffet closes at 2pm. Every game is 1 token. Overall pleasent experience for the entire family.
Set a reservation for Saturday at 10am in October. We were told to be here 15 minutes early. Arrived on time to only find the doors locked. We waited until 10 in the cold shaded area to find that nobody was there to open the door to a growing group of people also waiting for them to open the door. Finally we decided after 5 minutes that we're going to call only to get a employee that sounded annoyed that they had to bother with opening a door to let their paying customers in. It's a sad situation that a company who sets reservations to be at opening and request their patrons to arrive 15 minutes early for setup can't even be ready themselves.
